Before dropping off your device for repair, our repair specialists can give you an idea of what repairs are possible and can suggest some actions to try yourself. Our repair specialists are available 9:00a.m.-7:00p.m. PT Monday-Friday and 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. PT Saturday-Sunday. Diagnostic Service Fee

For many repairs, a full hardware diagnostic is necessary. Cases in which a diagnostic is necessary include, but are not limited to, logic board repair and cases where the device had previous work performed by another repair company. Repairs such as cracked screen replacement do not require a diagnostic. The non-refundable diagnostic fee is $55 for local repair customers.

Turnaround Time

For basic repairs or upgrades, we typically complete the repair in 3-5 days. Logic board repairs may take 10-14 days, but we typically complete them within 7 days.
