Before sending in or dropping off your device for repair, our repair specialists can give you an idea of what repairs are possible and can suggest some actions to try yourself. Our repair specialists are available 9:00a.m.-7:00p.m. PT Monday-Friday and 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. PT Saturday-Sunday. Send in or Drop off Your Device

If you are a local repair customer, you can drop off your device in person at 434 Southgate Ct. in Chico. If you are a mail-in repair customer, our repair specialists will give you detailed shipping instructions along with your ticket number to include on the packaging. Mail-in customers will be notified via email when we receive the device.


Before performing most repairs, we perform a comprehensive hardware diagnostic in order to present you with all options for repair along with the price for each option. The diagnostic includes component-level testing, which is an important step especially for computers with liquid damage. The component level diagnostic allows us to determine whether the device is a candidate for logic board repair. The diagnostic process typically takes 1 day for basic repairs, but may take 3-5 days for complicated repairs and may take longer for logic board repairs.


Once the diagnostic is complete, we will present you with your options for repair and their prices. No repairs will be performed without your permission.


Once approved, typical repairs take 3-5 days to complete. Logic board repairs typically are completed within 7 days but may take up to 14 days to complete. Our repair specialists will provide updates via phone or email throughout the repair process.

Invoicing and Payment

For local customers, we accept cash, check, debit or credit card, and contactless payments. Mail-in customers will receive an email with a copy of the invoice and a link to pay online via PayPal. You can use the link to pay via card, and do not need a PayPal account to submit payment. We can send the invoice and payment link to local customers as well if they prefer.
