Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
Any returned items that aren’t defective as determined by our testing will be subject to a refund deduction of up to 15% of the order total.
You have 30 days to send the item back after receiving an RMA number. Any items returned after 30 days aren’t eligible for a refund.
Once you've been given an RMA number, make sure to write it on the outside of the package where it can be seen by our receiving team.
Refused packages or packages that were never claimed will be considered “returned without RMA.” These will be charged the greater of either the 15% processing fee or the full cost of the original shipping.
Original shipping charges will only be refunded in the event that a part is found to be defective during our follow up testing.* So if you think a part is not working, please double check all connections and do a little troubleshooting before you send it back. If you want any assistance troubleshooting your device, contact us and we'll be more than happy to help.
Any returned items that arrive back to our facility damaged or in worse condition than when they were sent will be charged at least a 25% fee depending on the extent of the damage. We must receive returned items in their original, unaltered condition.
We consider an item defective if it does not perform its expected range of functionality and the absence of full functionality was not due to improper handling, installation, or use that occurred after the item in your possession. User error is damage caused by the user dropping, spilling, or in some way altering the original state of the product. Improper handling of sensitive parts (e.g. not returning products in the static-shielding bags in which they were originally shipped) is also considered user error.
Exchanges can be made for like items only, but you may incur additional product and shipping charges dependent on the requested product's cost vs the original product that was purchased. We are not responsible for new shipping charges.
To cross-ship on an exchange, we must have a valid credit card number on file to cover any incidentals. If we do not receive the correct item back after 30 days from the date you receive the exchange, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the retail price of the non-returned product.

*Special Considerations for International Orders
Under no circumstances will original international shipping charges or import fees/taxes be refunded.
Additionally, we're unable to provide prepaid return labels or free replacements for items shipped internationally. Within 30 days of delivery, we can provide up to $30 in refund credit toward return shipping for eligible returns under warranty, once we've received the items and verified the problem.
We strongly recommend international buyers either use or test parts within 30 days of delivery in order to remain eligible for a return shipping credit if necessary.
