GENERAL SHIPPING

We are able to ship anywhere within the United States and several international destinations. 
Orders ship Monday-Saturday.
Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES

Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Economy Shipping can take 8-10 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Expect delays
Standard Shipping can take 7-10 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Expect delays
We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. We are unable to refund shipping cost due to your shipment arriving late.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING STATUS

Although many packages are still arriving on a normal delivery timetable, there is potential that international packages may be delayed in transit. Also all custom and duty fee's are the responsibility of the buyer.
Recent international package delays have largely been minor. Most delays we have seen have slowed delivery speed by 1-2 days, with some delays stretching up to 5 days. 
Please note that as the COVID-19 situation develops, international delivery speed and availability is variable and subject to change quickly. As part of COVID-19 prevention measures, some countries have limited available shipping options or have halted inbound shipping altogether. Any shipping options shown at checkout on Beetstech.com reflect the current available shipping options for that country.

ADDRESS CHANGES

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carriers Beetstech.com is no longer able to control when your order will be delivered. We are not responsible for late or delayed orders. You will not be able to have your shipping fees refunded due to late deliveries. All delivery times are are estimated and are not exact. Please account for this when ordering.
