Shipping Outside Of The U.S.A.

We are happy to ship outside of the country. We use FedEx International or USPS Priority International depending on item and location being shipped too. Once the item leaves customs and the receiving country's postal service has the item you will need to contact them for any investigations regarding lost items.

You may be charged import fees/taxes by the government of the country your order is shipping to. We don't collect or reimburse these fees as they are collected by your order's destination country. You are responsible for researching these costs.

If you are located outside of the United States and you refuse a shipment, that shipment will be considered abandoned. No refund will be issued for product or shipping charges unless the product is returned to our facility. If the shipment is returned to our facility, we'll refund the value of the products only. This is because not only did we ship it to you, but we are also paying to have it returned back to us. Shipments that are refused are often slow to return to our facility, and sometimes are never received at all, so please consider the risks when refusing a shipment.

*Special Considerations Regarding Warranty Claims and Returns for International Orders

Under no circumstances will original international shipping charges or import fees/taxes be refunded. 

Additionally, we're unable to provide prepaid return labels or free replacements for items shipped internationally. Within 30 days of delivery, we can provide up to $30 in refund credit toward return shipping for eligible returns under warranty, once we've received the items and verified the problem.

We strongly recommend international buyers either use or test parts within 30 days of delivery in order to remain eligible for a return shipping credit if necessary.
