Repair Warranty Information


Parts used for repair are covered by the same warranty provided on our website for store purchases. The length of the warranty varies per part and will be indicated per line item on the repair estimate and invoice.


Replacement part labor is covered under warranty for the same length as the the associated part warranty. We offer a one-year warranty on logic board repair.


For mail-in repairs within the United States, shipping is covered by the parts or labor warranty. If you need to send your computer back to us for an issue covered under our parts or labor warranty, we will send you a prepaid shipping label in order to send the device to us. International shipping is not covered under warranty.


Warranty is void if the device is opened, upgraded, or repaired by anyone other than a beetstech repair technician or if the associated part fails due to circumstances outside normal use of the device. Our diagnostic service is not covered under warranty.
